"ACRES OF DIAMOND" in the world of Internet Marketing

I have been feeling down in the past weeks. I questioned myself if there is any truth in the belief that the minute you put up your own website and put up some products to sell online would make you rich instantly is certainly Not True!

I visited a friend in HK end of March 2005 and since they have an ongoing business in selling Fujitech brand of computer peripherals, so they invited me to set up an online business selling their products for them. No sooner thereafter, I discovered that having a Website online and selling products via the Internet does not automatically mean you have an Internet business that is going to bring in income. Plus the fact that I bought a DIY website plus hosting, which does not come with a Mailing List plug-in, etc ...

Then I toyed with the idea of distributing their products (which I have imported in myself) in an auction portal. You know what? I received 200 over responses from this auction portal, with a number of serious buyers in a matter of 10 days. Wow!! Not great Sales but I am selling!!

You know how that made me feel? Ecstatic! Exhilirating!

Now, I wanted to more ambitious. So I signed up the "Billion Dollar Marketing Weekend" hosted by Jay Abraham himself (August 2005) where the business community, both young and old who came from all over the world! I told myself "I can do it!"

In October 2005, I attended my first internet marketing seminar, "World Internet Summit" and you know what? I have found the path to Success (or at least, its in the process).

I took a 2nd step and got myself a 'mentor' from one of the better-known Internet Marketer. Now I got myself 2 Mentors (one from the USA & in Malaysia).

So I said Goodbye to a JOB! Say Hello to Living your Dreams, Whenever you want, Wherever you want at Anytime.
